The residents of North Elmham know they live in a special community and want to keep it that way. So occasionally that means taking the time and trouble to review how we have got to where we are and deciding what are the priorities and best way forward for our beloved village.
The First stage analysis is a summary of all 50,000 anonymous answers that were analysed from households throughout the parish including the outlying Broom Green and County School.
The subsequent Second stage analysis ‘The Community Plan’ was published in April 2011 as a brochure and delivered to every home. The Action Points listed in the last few pages demonstrate the wide ranging issues that were tackled and which continue to provide direction some six years on.
Ten years on from the original survey, the Parish Council has reviewed the action points at the end of the original document and provided an update which it is felt reflects the current position. A copy of the updated action points is available by clicking on '2021 review' in the menu on the left.
