A member of the parish council since 2014, Tom became a Trustee of the Eastgate Centre in January 2011 and then became Chairman in June 2011, a position he continues to hold.
Tom is also responsible for Street Lighting, Prince William Wood, Cathedral Meadows, assist with the Cathedral Ruins and is also the Tree Warden.
